This year, more than ever, we need help to manage Gala Day, from set up on the day before to during and after the event.

If we have more people, giving a little time, then everyone can enjoy the day. Please tick any of the dates / times you would be willing to help.

Saturday 25th July - Set up Day - Please tick all your availability

08:00 - 11:00 - And I have a Van that can be used for collecting equipment

09:00 - 12:00 - Helping to set up the Gala Field

11:00 - 14:00 - Helping to set up the Gala Field

13:00 - 16:00 - Helping to set up the gala field

Sunday 26th July - Gala Day - Please select one or more tasks

07:00 to 08:00 - With Van - To help put out road signs

07:00 to 8:00 - No Van but help with signs

08:00 to11:00 - Help with siting stalls on the field

11:00 to 14:00 - Parade & Road closure Marshal

12:00pm to 17:00 - Help with Marshalling on the field

17:00 to 19:00 - Help with breakdown & Return to storage

17:00pm - 19:00 - Have Van and can help return to storage

If you are a group or bringing along friends or family - please indicate below how many people will be with you
